Senior Data Product Manager, US Remote
Our client is a nonprofit organization that provides free, 24/7, high-quality text-based mental health support and crisis intervention in English and Spanish. Their technology powers their US operations, as well as those of their international partners.
We have been retained by them to help them hire a Senior Data Product Manager who will be embedded on the Data Platform team. In this role you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of human-delivered, technology-enabled crisis support. You will work across the organization and externally to define the strategy for their foundational data services that drive their business operations and support their customers and research teams.
We are looking for a successful Product Manager who can lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of a scalable and interoperable data platform supporting the company’s product development initiatives. You will provide technical leadership and ensure seamless data integration across core components, including data lakes, third-party tools, metadata management, AI services, and access control.
5+ years experience in Product Management, managing data engineering products for enterprise software in a complex cloud, B2B or SaaS environment is required. Experience with Databricks and Machine Learning delivery is also needed. You should have proven experience defining a product vision and roadmap and managing incremental execution through successful launches as well.

Director of Engineering, US Remote

To grow this impact worldwide, they need an exceptional Director of Engineering with a broad set of technical skills who is ready to take on some of their biggest technology challenges and make an impact on millions of users that seek help and support in a moment of crisis.
In your role as a Director of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how they build and deliver their crisis care application. You will use your expertise in developing applications while managing and growing distributed teams to create scalable user-facing solutions that serve millions of people in crisis globally.
This role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience with software development supporting production systems and a minimum of 3 years of experience in people management, with individual contributors and manager direct reports. You should also have strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams. Experience leading geographically distributed teams and managing vendors is also desired.

Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, SPAIN ONLY - Fluency in English is required

Their platform needs to handle information at a massive scale and extend well beyond SMS as a channel. We're looking for engineers who bring fresh ideas from all areas, including information processing, distributed computing, large-scale system design, networking and data storage, security, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, UI design, and mobile.
As a Sr Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work on projects critical to the company's needs as you and the mental health space grow and evolve. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
-Product Delivery and Enhancement: Help set the tone of the product delivery streams to deliver value to Affiliates in a timely manner. Weigh in on the trade-offs between technical purity and pragmatic delivery.
-Technical Strategy and Implementation: Contribute to discussions regarding technical strategy and participate in the implementation and rollout of products and frameworks that help implement those strategies.
-Cross functional and team collaboration: Work across functions of the company, helping drive understanding.
You must currently reside in Spain to apply for this position. Additionally you should have 6+ years of experience programming in a high-level language and 4+ years of experience in full stack development. Experience building back-end web applications with GoLang, Java, Rust and/or C# and working with relational databases and GraphQL APIs. AWS cloud environment.

Business Development Representative, WA/OR/ Remote
Our client is a growth stage technology and data-driven commercial insurance wholesaler backed by a leading private equity firm. They are combining the worlds of insurance and technology to create an Insurtech powerhouse.
We’re helping them hire a Business Development Representative for their Northern California territory. You’ll work remote but must be physically located in the area. You’ll be responsible for contacting new and existing brokers to explain features and benefits of the company’s programs- no cold calls as these are all current clients. You’ll conduct daily video conference calls, facilitate product webinars and website demonstrations, and participate in industry trade shows.
We’re searching for someone with 2-3 years of professional sales experience and also experience in the insurance industry. Additionally Microsoft Outlook and Salesforce skills are preferred. If you have this background and are also highly organized, a good listener, and skilled at solving problems this could be a great fit.

A recent promotion has us backfilling the Northeast Regional Sales Manager role. In this position you will be responsible for leading and executing sales strategies within the territory to drive incremental growth from independent agents through regular contacts and training. This role involves working closely with agents, brokers and other distribution partners to expand market share, enhance client relationships, and ensure alignment with underwriting and profitability goals.
You should have 4+ years of industry experience in commercial lines of insurance. You will be managing a territory which will involve regular travel up to 60% of the time with some overnights required.
