Current Openings

Our client's needs change frequently so feel free to contact us with your experience and we'd be happy to see if we've got a role that might be of interest. Here are a few of the current openings we are working on:

Senior AI Product Manager, US Remote

We are helping our client hire a Senior AI Product Manager to own major product areas and drive them forward using an AI-first approach to discovery, prototyping, and delivery. Reporting to the VP of Product, you will lead a small, high-velocity squad (typically 1 PM + 2 engineers) to solve complex operations problems by building AI-powered solutions — starting with workflow automation and progressing to full platform integration. This is not a role where you write requirements and hand them off. You will build functional prototypes with AI tools, validate them directly with users, and iterate rapidly. You’ll work at the intersection of AI capabilities and insurance domain problems, turning manual processes into intelligent, automated workflows.

This is a new position driven by rapid growth after a successful acquisition and the need to move from legacy workflows to AI-enabled operations.

The person we are looking for will have 4-7 years of product management experience in a technology-driven environment with AI expertise, hands-on experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI coding assistants, automation frameworks) to build or prototype real solutions, and a strong technical understanding of software development, APIs, system integrations, and data flows. You don’t need to be an engineer, but you need to be technical enough to build prototypes, evaluate AI outputs, and have credible conversations with your engineering squad. Familiarity with data technologies (e.g., Snowflake, vector databases) is a plus.

Our client offers a competitive salary and benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and other benefits. Contact us for more info & to share your experience.

  • Rapid Prototyping: Build and deploy functional MVP solutions using OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini to automate cognitive tasks.

  • Systems Integration: Architect and implement automated workflows using Workato (or similar iPaaS) to bridge disparate business systems.

  • The Handoff: Prioritize execution over long documentation cycles; package validated MVPs for Product/Engineering to scale, then move to the next challenge.
