SMEs use their knowledge and creative thinking to develop solutions to business problems and are experts at communicating those solutions to diverse groups with varying perspectives and levels of technical knowledge. SMEs have the responsibility to act as thought leaders within the company and in the larger insurance space, helping traditional insurers update their capabilities to enhance their existing competitive positioning, and new entrants build tools to support their business models.

Senior Graphic Designer, Bellingham WA

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who will be responsible for supporting our software client’s design, marketing, and brand identity needs. The position requires an innovative senior print/web/identity designer that can research, concept, lead, and design at the highest creative levels and across various lines of business. You should be able to apply design thinking to problem solving, and work collaboratively with an Art Director, a Copywriter and Marketing to present work with sound strategic reasoning and strong creative rationale.

Technical Product Manager, Denver CO

As a Technical Product Manager, you will be responsible for working with and leading our client's product development team in alignment with their market strategy for expanding the platform.

You should understand end user needs and be able to work with the product team to bring that value to the market. You will also need to be able to prioritize and groom the backlog for the product development team and give them clear direction and definition on value delivery.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, with significant software product management work experience. Experience and passion for building and delivering software solutions that provide value to customers, and ability to facilitate cross-functional team interaction between product, services, sales, and marketing are a must.

Data Scientist, Denver CO

You will be an integral part of this rapidly expanding advanced data and predictive analytics company, headquartered in downtown Denver, working closely and collaboratively with insurance domain experts, data analysts, engineers and customers. You will develop highly robust predictive models that provide significant and measurable results for customers. Additionally, you will partner with the sales and marketing teams to perform and deliver modeling proof-of-concepts and retro-tests, as well as to help shape and deliver compelling product performance reads, product and concept education and value proposition messaging.

We're looking for candidates with a degree in statistics or quantitative field and 2+ years developing and implementing statistical models in businesses within decision work-flow settings. Machine Learning Scientist, Seattle WA

Our client is looking for a Machine Learning Scientists to develop the core data science platform, building a product that robustly delivers the value of machine learning to customers who have urgent schedules and little ML background. 

We need a Machine Learning expert! The solution will be tackling multiple problem spaces across numerous industries, and you will work with large datasets and complex algorithms to solve multiple data science challenges. You will leverage your education and experience in advanced mathematics and statistics daily.  You will code massively scalable products and solutions in C++ and Python. As a Big Data expert you know how to work with very large amounts of data. This isn't your mom's SQL database. Leverage Spark, Hadoop and other map reduce tools and libraries such as numpy, scipy, and pandas to create highly accurate insights and value from customer data sets.

Software Engineer, Denver CO

Our growing Denver client is seeking candidates with strong enterprise software development backgrounds to join their software engineering team. We are looking for bright, motivated software engineers who love computer science engineering, are willing to test, learn, and grow with this talented team, and do whatever it takes to make their customers successful.

You should have 3-5 years experience in an enterprise software environment, preferably one with continuous delivery. Your full stack skills should include Java, Eclipse IDE, Scala, Clojure and Clojure Script.
